Note to Authors:  IPC has a history of publishing high-quality technical papers, and the paper submission deadlines enable a strong peer review process.  For IPC 2026, the Technical Committee is returning to a more rigid schedule, and deadline extensions will not be granted.  Authors are encouraged to review the submission deadlines and plan accordingly.
